Shipping took a while. Since I just purchased a pair of crop pants in white, I was shocked at the Weiight of the material. Definitely a winter weight heavy material. Going to be hotter than a pair of jeans. Petite had to be hemmed up 4 1/2 inches.

Limited experience with Customer Service. First time the service was EXCEPTIONAL; not so much the second time. Understand it's their return policy of 30 days or beginning November 1st for Christmas returns; however, to get what you want - you have to order when you get the catalog or see it on line - you know the saying - "You Snooze You Loose!"
