I have ordered from them multiple times but these past two times I have ordered and haven't received my shipments. I messaged them multiple times and they never responded. I love the products but unfortunately I've had to dispute two charges made, one for $140 and $50 and they didn't even acknowledge it. The first time happened about 3/4 weeks ago.

Do not buy anything from this place. They will steal your money and not refund you. Total scam. I hope the feds shut this place down. No refunds no products shipped. DO NOT BUY

On July 8 I placed an order and when I received it. It was missing a 50$ hcc-p shot. I called customer service and she supposedly sent the product. When it arrived it was a 15$ delta 9 shot. Not the 50$ hcc-p shot I ordered. So I called customer service and spoke with the lady again she was rude with me this time but said she'll send it right out got the warehouse and made a mistake. Here we are two weeks later the tracking number shows the order was canceled no response to my emails and no product. If you're reading this review I would suggest you go somewhere else do not buy anything from these people unless you want your money stolen. If you're a hard-working American we don't want any company robbing us of our hard-earned money so shame on you for your shady business practices and your thieve.ry

I have been buying from KB for months now. I have given good reviews on their product. That seems to be over now. I ordered some product on the 3rd of June. I received confirmation on the 5th and the money was removed from my bank account. I looked at the tracking data on Tuesday and it still said label created. Wednesday I could no longer see the tracking page on THCA website and there was still no change on the UPS website. The UPS Tracking page says a label was printed and that's all. I sent an email to Kandyboy and THCA, no response from THCA and all i am getting from Kandy boy are 1 and 2 word responses like "not happening" and "nope". So I have no product, no meaningful response from the vendor and out $160. ALL I HAVE ASKED FOR IS AN ETA STATUS OF MY ORDER...The most recent response I got was this "If there is tracking it’s in its way there’s no canceling the order I had to migrate my website twice and I’m still busy sorting out things but I’m not refunding packages with tracking issued". That's the point THERE IS NO TRACKING DATA.
