I have five vintage ivy shirts in 15.5 (5’10, 175) and sized to a 16 for this one for a little more comfort around the neck for when I wear a tie. I’m glad I did. Now, I just hope that Kamakura will add another few centimeters for the collar to wear thicker ties.
