Although I live in Scotland, I am very comfortable purchasing items from your website especially as it is in English and your jewellery is rather special. The order is processed quickly and arrives via courier about a week later. Items bought in this country seem to take just as long to arrive.

Did not like that it was delivered by DHL.There is always problems with mode of delivery with DHL.Plus had to pay an additional 30$ duty.I have ordered items from Etsy and eBay and have not paid duty because the items were not delivered by DHL.Had l known Kalevala would deliver by DHL ,l never would have ordered. I almost lost my item due to the complications DHL gave me !
