I purchased several of the Kai'ulani spice products a few months ago. We generally do not use much salt on our food and have been trying to use more organic food sources, so it was great to see how clean the ingredients are! My favorites right now are the Herb Garden - salt and sugar free! I pretty much use it on EVERYTHING - especially eggs - sunny side up or scrambled! The Kona Coffee Spice made our grilled burgers so delicious! I've started giving these spices as local gifts to my mainland friends and family, they love them! Brings some flavor of the islands and locally sourced, all natural, healthy gifts!

Best ready made spices! It makes everything taste better. The Exotic Curry Spice is my favorite! I use it to make the curry fried recipe and curry chicken or shrimp. I also like the Hawaiian Spice. . . I add it to beef or chicken stir fry. . . it has a great combination of flavors. Keep in mind that this is a wholesaler. . . this is not a shop. You cannot purchase from her business address unless you are going to purchase in bulk for your store. You can get these spices from most grocery stores in Hawaii, or Kaiulani Spices sometimes participates in local trade shows like Douglass Trade Show or Made in Hawaii at the Blaisdell.

We love Kai Spices ❤. My favorites are Pele's Fire, Hawaiian Spice, Herb Garden Coffee Spice and Curry Spice. The first three are my go to spices for my seafood dishes. Pele's Fire makes my gumbo show up and show out. It is just delicious and it has just the right amount of heat and flavor. Herb Garden pairs well with vegetable dishes like roasted brussel spouts, green beans and salads. We used Kai's Coffee Spice on ribs and brisket. Both were so tender and juicy when they came off the grill and the flavor was outstanding. Kai Spices also has a cookbook full of delicious and healthy recipes. Try the curry dishes, they are some of my favorites. These spices are so well blended and packed with flavor you can't go wrong with any of them. If you haven't tried these spices yet, please do because you're in for a treat. Once you do, you'll be hooked.

I’ve visited the cottage where they make the spices and seen the hard work that goes into it. They even roast the spices before they’re mixed to bring out the most flavor and it’s always fresh cause they make them in small batches. The end product is always delicious!

My favorite is the Exotic Curry. My keiki simply love to eat the Jasmine Curry Fried Rice from her cookbook. Everyone needs to try these wholesome spices.

Love the quality of the ingredients, all organic and tasty combinations of herbal blends. The Herb Garden spice is a great addition to all my cooking - stews, soups, roasts, rubs, sauces, vinaigrettes. Several of the spice blends are great on roasted vegetables and as a quick salad topper with flavor! Makes a great gift too.

I've been using Kaiulani spices for many years. It is absolutely true that you get the flavor without the labor! Her spices make cooking so easy and so flavorful.
