If it wasn't for kaged muscle I wouldn't be going to the gym for the past 4 years or so . I love the ingredients first and foremost no potassium assulfame or other hidden lab made ingredients. I love how I feel with preworkout the flavor of hydrocharge and my morning shake with greens and now multivitamin mixed in it .
