Ka'Chava shakes are so delicious, easy and nutritious. I am giving the individual serving pouches to friends to share in on the find of a lifetime. I am particularly found of the strawberry, chocolate and the the new chocolate mint is my husband's new favorite.

This has changed my life. I have been having a Kachava for Breakfast for about a year now. Ive lost fat & feel great! Im 63 now & have never thought Id be excited for my morning shake. I have it for at least 1 meal everyday. My husband who is now 67 (hates protein shakes) saw my changes & has now started having a shake with me. He loves it! He's even not as grouchy so I know he feels better. Im a true believer in these shakes giving me what I need for the day.
