Letters are never straight

The bracelet I purchased is not worth half of what I spent on it. It is minuscule, even on the largest extender, and simply looks cheap and unimpressive. Read al the measurements on the description VERY carefully. Not recommended as a gift as it looks cheap in person and you can't even read the engraving because it is so small.

Shipping was a bit of a mess and I think we would have received our order a couple of weeks before we did, but K Kane was responsive and all over it the entire time. I deal with customers on a daily basis. Things can't always go right, but we can communicate throughout the process. K Kane did great at communicating and that's all we can ask for!
