Got just what I needed from Sailrite & customer service was great.

Not sure if the web site changed or it is just me, but I found finding things harder than last time I ordered things. I ended up doing searches and watching videos doing what I want and searching for the item number in the parts list. Also, for some reason one of the two basting tapes came bent, and basically in the middle so some of the adhesive is exposed. Prices are higher but that was expected.

WorkerB controller case arrived broken. It appears to be a weak spot at the mounting screw point. Submitted a warranty request and was immediately sent a replacement controller. I am very happy with my purchase and the machine has been operating flawlessly. The customer service and support, including user guides and videos are outstanding. I would prefer to buy from Sailrite but tend to search Amazon or elsewhere for additional items and consumables because of shipping fees. It would be nice to have a lower free shipping threshold for these small items.
