I like the fit of these slippers, however Just Walking sent the wrong colour and I'm still waiting for their response to my email. They make it very difficult to contact them as there is no phone number, only email.

Signed up to get the first buyer discount that never happened. After I purchased no Communication re delivery at all. Sent you emaythat were never replied to. Contacted PayPal who I turn contacted you to find out what was happening. They only received a reply from you a day or more after the shoes were delivered. Not good enough from an online supplier in 2025. Never again

The shoes arrived in quick time, but I am now awaiting my refund, the shoes were delivered by Australia Post to you on 10/10/25. Hopefully my refund will be received very soon.
