I think every person in my life has heard me rave about these by now. Truly the best, easiest, yummiest decision I have made for my diet. Tasty, filling, quick. I make with protein milk and skyr yogurt and stay full for hours. Can't recommend enough!

Been waiting for my order since Tuesday, tracking number provided does not exist with UPS, no support line, no customer service line, when I email them regarding my order, They keep sending me my original order confirmation with delivery date 2 days past. No reply to my email since i initiated the complain

Strawberry Sunday - 4 star however adding strawberries into the mix elevates the flavor to 5 star. Blondies - 4 star, I feel like these could have more flavor Choco PB - 5 star, by far the best! Coconut and Banana Cream Pies - 4 stars, again, could use more flavor Blueberry muffin - 4 star however adding blueberries into the mix elevates the flavor to 5 star. Overall, I will be purchasing these again and again. They are SO easy and convenient. By far a breakfast/lunch routine I can stick to.

Love the Proats. Thoroughly dislike the Canada Post delivery “service”. What should be drop the package at my door turns into a go pick it up yourself at a postal kiosk at the local pharmacy.
