Arrived so healthy and beautiful, they sent me email updates anytime the status of the shipping changed for my betta fish to ensure I didn’t miss his delivery and I really appreciated it. They had amazing customer service, and let me know ahead of time that he’d been fin nipping and offered to let me choose another fish, by then I was set on him. But I really, really appreciated them reaching out to let me know regardless.
