Got a quick and easy solution to my minor problem. The Coralife Biocube 14 is a cutting edge product and the customer service is beyond excellent.

One didn’t quite live up to my expectations but the other one was gorgeous.

So when I ordered originally I was pretty nervous about my fish arriving alive. Sadly it was DOA due to the postal service delaying delivery for whatever reason. I messaged them and within 30 minutes I got an email back offering a full refund or a replacement well I still really wanted my fish so I asked for a replacement and within minutes a new order was processing. My new fish arrived a few days later happy, healthy and feeling a bit spicy about being in that bag in a dark box. Now that shes in her new tank her color is brighter, shes playfully swimming about and happy. Im so glad I went with a replacement and held out hope. Shes definietly worth is. Such a beautiful female Plakat Galaxy Avatar betta. We named her Neytiri. Love her and will definitely be ordering again soon. I have several other tanks that need new occupants.

I ordered some of their female bettas for a sorority. I was a little nervous because they're fry still, and the weather is still a little on the cool side. However, I just had a heat pack added on, and they came in two days. Packaged with so much care, warm, and in excellent condition. They're taking everything in stride, and doing great. Would definitely buy from them again.

This was my first time ordering from Just fishy thing and it definitely won't be my last. My little guy arrived healthy and active. Coming from California all the way to western NY in below 30° weather the water was still warm packaging and insulation was absolutely perfect.
