Love this company and customer service is amazing. This product is perfectly delicious. I think I have tried almost all the flavours. The only one I haven't tried is Matcha which is on my list to get.

Fabulous customer service

After a trip to emerge a surgeon told me until I can have surgery I need to stop eating anything that tastes good and only eat foods that do not need my gallbladder (white meat, whole wheats, fruits except citrus, cooked veggies-no dairy, no oils, no fried foods, no refined sugar no spicy, no processed foods etc.) It was hard to find foods that I wanted to eat (I am a slightly picky eater-lol) The next day I came across Proats on FB so I looked them up. What an easy sell! Eating healthy-yes please Filling-yes please Different flavours-yes please Easy- definitely yes please Canadian-YES PLEASE I ordered my first 6 bags to try on a Friday. Wednesday I picked them up from my post office. It's only been 3 days and I've tried 4 of my 6 bags (2 bags are same flavour). I've made them with almond milk and skim milk and I didn't really notice a difference that way so sticking with the almond milk just makes it a bit healthier for myself. I've tried with the measurements suggested on bags but I find I don't like my oats runny. I like them thick and all the flavour sucked into my oats so I use just a bit less liquid. I will make a couple bowls before I go to bed. One for breakfast and the other one either added to a smoothie or just a snack or meal later. Only thing I have to decide is which flavour! Can't wait to try some of the other flavours available! I would absolutely recommend Proats to others. I have infact told others about Proats already! Definitely worth a try. It's an easy decision if you want to eat healthy. The only hard choice is deciding on the flavours you want to try first!

A great quick breakfast for me given I’m always on the go. This was supposed to be my treat, but now all three of my kids are fighting for them too :-) Last night i had to make 5 separate ones as my husband wanted in!

I tried it cold and hot. I prefer the cold. It was more "chunky" than I thought it would be, but after a couple, I like it.

Loved it! I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It definitely tasted like a fancy dessert for breakfast

So far I have loved all of the flavors and I love how it keeps me feeling full longer. I have told multiple people at work about proats and even shared a link. I cant wait to try more flavors!
