Scent is wonderful and delivery is quick. Have purchased several of the gift sets of lotion and hand wash for friends and family.

Your delivery and packaging are excellent. Your products are awesome, they make my day—and I love to give them as gifts—but, your website is sub-par. It is slow, confusing, and lacks functionality. The subscription platform is incredibly confusing difficult to navigate. Also, if you were to package the body oils in the larger, pump container, you’d likely sell more, because it would be so much easier to use!

I am trying the special edition rose lotion which is wonderful on my skin, and I love the lip balm- had used the lip balm once before and loved it. I also ordered facial serum which is lovely.

When I got a promotion email and ordered items about $180, but I did not receive promotion gift with my order. I requested return order but over one more week didn’t get return code/ authorization code. This is very disappointing for this service and unfriendly return policy.
