My order is being damaged during the DPD delivery, I try to contact DPD for further assistance but they only instruct me to ask the sender for refund. I wrote email to Jurlique UK many times but no one get back to me. Now I paid for £52 but not receive any products. Poor customer service!!

well, I purchased this product on the pretense it was as natural as possible and not tested on animals. I love all their products but after seeing someone else's review stating they do test on animals - I most definitely will not be supporting this. It is a shame, as the product is lovely but not at the expense of animal cruelty. I can understand testing on animals for medical research, but not for cosmetic items, just to make us feel good

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I bought a gift card for my sister's birthday that was never delivered. I followed up with an email to customer service and never heard back. I tried calling to see if I could get it sent out, or if anyone would get back to me, left at least three messages and no one called or emailed me back. What a waste of time and money.

Jurlique products are always wonderful to receive and use. I also happily gift their lovely products to special family and friends. Always a winner🌹🌺
