Sometimes short supply so have to wait

Very slow at responding. 1st order over £125 didn’t get free gift, 2nd order was charged for my free gift- although I did get that refunded- hence just bad & not terrible.

There are so many different brands of aromatherapy skincare products in the market. Jurlique is a reliably brand selling high quality substantial skin care I trust. Very comfortable to use and hydrating on my dry skin

The two products i have bought , wye cream and a herbal recovery eye roll make my eyes/vision blury , i me tioned this to jurlique group too( customer aervice) buy they didnt take me serious. Now im left with two expensive products in my drawer as i cannot use them. Not happy with customer service neither with these two particular products . I am a customer of Jurlique for so long but they even didn't bother to conciser my issue with my purchase.

Beautiful natural products that smell great!

I was charged £35 for the free gift. I contacted Jurlique UK a couple of times but received no reply. So I contacted Jurlique USA and Jurlique AUS. But received no reply. I did eventually receive a refund. I have used Jurlique for the past 30 or so years and, will continue to do so. I LOVE the products. I just wish their customer service was more responsive.

Jurlique is such a beautiful brand and such friendly customer service too.

Good luck with getting a reply from the website web-chat or email from customer services. No telephone to call either. 🙄

good service. . But why can't I buy the hand lotion any more?

When I ordered, it said there would be complimentary samples for each order. But I did not get any, and I emailed the customer service. No Response!!! I paid extra for express delivery. If I knew there was no samples, I would buy on Amazon which I could get next day delivery with free of charge.

I just love Jurlique's skin products! Wouldn't do without them. My partner has been using the products too for about 2 years now and he says it's the best for his skin and he is so glad I introduced it to him. His skin looks younger for sure. I have been using for many years so my skin has always looked great because of Jurlique. When I see people with bad skin I always recommend Jurlique. The delivery is always fast which is a bonus. I would say that if you could provide more mini packs/ travel sized bundles that would be wonderful

Products packed well, sent promptly. Gift sets good-ish value, although it's an expensive brand. Jurlique don't pay any attention to online form enquiries, & also emailed me a duplicate notice of order received & invoice a week or so after my last purchase which was alarming as it looked as though I'd be charged twice & would receive those same goods again! They did answer that email & claimed to be investigating their IT dept. It's surprising they didn't already know it was happening - does no-one check what nonsense is going out to customers like this?
