The item looks exactly as advertised, was processed and shipped in a timely manner especially around the holidays! The tracking info and communication was easy to use and prompt with updates. A couple items were damaged in transit, but contacting support was easy with a reply to the delivery email and quick response with replacement for the listed damaged items at no cost and were shipped that same day! The quality of the product is high and the customer service is amazing that I will definitely be buying some more special collections from Juniper in the near future!
