DO NOT buy from Junglejuice. com. They will get your order wrong, then never reply to rectify the error. They packed my large $100 order wrong (Packed a Blue Magnum instead of Leather Eagle), I sent photos of my incorrect order - my order # - detailed email - NO REPLY!!! I have since made over FIVE attempts to contact the company to rectify the issue; 2 emails directly from my main email, nothing. Directly emailed from the website, nothing, Called the stupid 'hotline' # on the website and it rings then hangs up on you - the address on the website is a random duplex house via google images. I'll skip writing a letter. At the end of the day - sure I could use the stupid Blue Magnum instead but its the principle of the matter - then to not even reply to me is a whole nother level of unprofessional, disgusting, and repugnant. I'm a RETURN customer - that's the crazy part! Excuse me - you show value to these for life customers for long term profits - not ignore them. On my previous orders I was sent coupons for leaving positive reviews and the coupon didn't work - when I emailed support - THAT time they did reply and said they would look into it then never got back to me with a correct coupon. So this email service issue seems common. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ignoring completely though is a whole nother level of SHADY. I know I'm not buying bibles here but COME on - get my order right and be available for assistance. Period. I check my spam folder still in disbelief id be ignored after a $100 large order. They'll likely even find a way to delete this review. I will NEVER purchase from JJ and suggest you don't take this warning lightly. I got an automated email to review the 'Leather Eagle' I purchased (and never got) yet no request to review any others in my large order - in the back of my head - support sent that to me in a twisted way to mess with my head even more. Up yours Jungle Juice!!!

Never received the two different orders I made with your company of Brown Bottle Extra Strength. One large bottle with some Rush one second order of a small bottle of Brown Bottle. The Rush is weak on top of every else.

Waited a month, never received package. Tracking number shows it was never sent.

I am very upset because I still haven’t received my product it said the preshipment label was created on Sept 14th And no updates and emailed two days ago with no reply

Terrible. No phone answer. after trying during Business hours on 2 separate days. No response to multiple emails. Unacceptable, a serious lack of customer service. . This was my second order it was placed on 9/10/25. still in limbo tracking says a label has been processed there it sits in limbo. Not shipped, just make me shake my head. .

Writing a review because my order still has not been shipped at all. The label is printed and it hasn’t been received by usps yet, and that was an order placed on 9/15. Calling the number has no one pick up. Writing an email leads to no response. I feel like I’m being scammed. Why even pay for shipping if they won’t even ship on time? The first time was great. This time it’s a disaster. Terrible customer service.

Terrible experience with this company. My first order was shipped promptly and all items arrived undamaged. However, my next order was not shipped for several weeks, and multiple emails to support garnered no response. Instead, they shipped over 3 weeks later, none of the items I ordered were included, and what was shipped was damaged and completely unusable. Had to work with my financial institution to get a chargeback from this disreputable company.

all the bottles came in tightly wrapped envelope. . . . some of the strengths left a little to be desired but overall give them an A-
