I had some concerns about the panties I received and the way they fit. Julie(owner I believe) contacted me personally to discuss my concerns and truly listened to my feedback. By the end of the conversation she let me know she'd be sending me two more pairs of underwear to try on and have. Both pairs fit wonderfully and I'm really happy with the service they provided.
