Ordered Plenny Shake to Norway, with a 100 euro shipping fee. Recieved yet another invoice at 120 euros in shippin from PostNord. So a total cost of 220 euros to get perhaps 300 euros worth of product. Conclusion: do not order this in Norway.

It's always a pleasure to order from Jimmy Joy Food, the website is very user intuitive and the products are shipped super fast (Germany). The products are always well packaged so I never received a broken package. The customer service is also quick to react and helpful.

I received my package 3 months ago , first thing i see is a scoop that is fully broken. i emailed customer service and they said they cant send me a new one because i live in UK and the shipping costs is too high. they said instead they will add it into my next order as i had a subcription. I waited a full month for my scoop to come in which was super annoying to fgure out how much to put in my shake, next order arrives, NO scoop. I email them again, and received no response this time. Now, third month comes along i email them again in advance to ask for a scoop and the customer service says i make a note to add it into your order. Order arrives today, guess what, again no scoop. i just cancelled my subscription and will look for a company that cares about their customers instead of making false promises and letting them wait 3 months.

Amazing as always! JimmyJoy has just gotten better over the years. The Plenny Bars are great! The Plenny Drink is fantastic as a quick solution when you're hungry! Not to mention that I always feel great after eating it

Service was fine, package was fine, my order was a couple boxes of the bars, which taste good and I like the crispiness. They're a bit big tho tbh.

i love the mango taste. it s now my fav breakfast. i think something is off in the shaker design - the top doesnt close well and if i dont remember when i start shaking there s gonna be much jimmy joy all over the kitchen. price is great. especially compared to competition

Is was very easy to order and make a subscription on the user friendly website. There are a lot of flavors up for selection, my new favorite is pistachio btw. My order was delivered with Dpd and arrived one week after I ordered. Great service!

Nothing but great things to say about the products, the customer service, the ease with which I can order and modify my subscription. As a T1 diabetic, your low GI foods and drinks help me to keep my glucose under control while still getting all the necessary fuel my body needs.

Every aspect of ordering the shakes was easy and straight forward. The shakes are amazing and my wife and I are hooked. Thanks so much for a great product and fast and easy customer service.

Service was great overall and so far I like the shakes. They are a bit earthy/oaty, but I really like they are much less sweet than Huel flavours.

Overall, the service is pretty decent, the response time is fast, although I think rather than focusing on making tons of new products and flavours more emphasis should be put on improving the packaging. Half of the products sold do not come in recyclable packaging, and when I asked about it, I was told they are "working on it". This was a year ago, and since then a lot of new products came out but no packaging has improved. Are you really working on it? Do you really care?

I replaced my lunch with a daily shake. No only that I save a lot of money and time doing so, I also have more energy the whole afternoon. In short: great shake, great taste... love it
