After placing my order, I did not hear anything regarding progress on my order. I emailed the company but did not get a reply for a week. When they did respond, they have gone over and beyond to right their mistakes. I will order again.

There was trouble with my order being shipped out but there were attempted to make contact which was kind of slow response but you all death accommodate leave me with the extra pair of shoes and now with the new stock coming in you sent out another I’ll try to replace miss you I really do appreciate that type of service

Shoes arrived as described and packaged vey well so there were not any defects. Shoes color is slightly darker than the image but very beautiful. Shoes fit true to size in my opinion and are very comfortable.

Jose Real were excellent! They sent me the pair of shoes to make up for the fact that the shoes I ordered were sold out and I was waiting several weeks. Great jesture!
