I placed a sample order recently. Website was very easy to use, I was updated on through delivery/transit, and my order arrived on time. Unfortunately, the samples didn't work out for my project and had to return - but even the return process was smooth too. I will be ordering again soon.

This was my first order with Jonestshirts company and I am very pleased with the shirts received, the speedy delivery and the care that was taken to pack the shirts for shipping. I ordered 17 TShirts through a WELL KNOWN company on line and and when I received the delivery, the box was filthy. I didn't fault the company for that, because that has to do with the shipping company, but when I opened the box, 7 shirts our of the 17 were dirty, VISIBLY DIRTY, and they had to be put in the box that way, because the box was sealed and not damaged, just dirty.
