I signed up for texts to get $5 off and it didn't get applied for my order. I emailed customer service to see if it could be quickly cancelled so I could order again with the coupon code. They never replied and I received the products. Awful customer service!

The hose won’t fit, I can see by just looking at them they are to small. I have called twice with no call back and I even sent an e-mail regarding questions I had about them. So far no one has reached out to me. I am disappointed in your customer service. I do have questions for you and need to mail this order back to you. I am a long time customer of Johnny compression socks. I have purchased both from Amazon and directly from jomie. I have always had problems ordering directly from jomi. Twice they sent the wrong socks. The last time, I ordered 4 pair and they never sent them.. They took my money but never responded to my email inquiry. I will never do business with this company again

They sell great products, have amazing customer support, and best of all they have a fair return policy. This was important to me as after my orthopedic surgeon prescribed compression tights after surgery, it took a few attempts to get the sizing just right.

I love the website. I'd never purchased compression socks before, and it was super easy to see the size charts and understand what to buy. The delivery was great, easy tracking, and overall I'm really pleased! I did email customer service a question that wasn't addressed on the website, and the response I got referred to the website. Although it was great to receive a response, I did not get an actual answer.
