I have purchased numerous pairs of shoes from jo Mercer Online. They have always arrived well packaged & delivered within the time frame stated. On the odd occasion I have had to return shoes, I have taken them to my local jo Mercer store, which is Northland & I have never had an issue. Staff there are courteous, friendly & helpful. .
