The first pair I bought In black and wore on a business trip turned out to have a defect in the heel which made them very uncomfortable- however, a week later, a terrific manager - Marcus- could see and feel the defect and exchanged the shows for new ones- I was so appreciative that I purchased a second pair in blue. Well done
