Hey guys! I really like your brand, the way you present yourselves and especially your style. That’s actually what convinced me to order two pairs of trousers from you about five days ago. Unfortunately, after wearing the first pair only twice, one of the buttons is already coming loose. I honestly didn’t expect this to happen so quickly, especially since I really like the trousers otherwise. I hope this is just a one-off and that I won’t have the same issue with the second pair.
