Very fast response and good communication. Delivery was quite quick considering I live in Canada. Customs clearance by UPS, duty and taxes added about 50% to the cost.

You can never go wrong with Navy Blue. It works perfectly on this sweater, dressing up jeans and a t-shirt, or wearing with a dress shirt and blazer. Love the look and feel, either way!

The shipping from Sweden to Canada took less than 5 days which impressed me. The silk fabric feels great and the paisley weave is something I can’t find anywhere else. My groomsmen like them. The price was reasonable too.

I live in America, wasn’t aware of the shipping costs, I had to pay more than half of my order just in shipping costs, even though I contacted The customer service to cancel my order before it ships out . They didn’t and I find myself stranded with products, and having to pay for them

Surprise duty - not cool. Will never shop online here again. Packaging musty/chemically - very cheap and disappointing- the smell permeates everything and is gross.

UPS came to collect more than $50 in duty fees. Never had to pay this before. Credit card was going through so UPS still has item and it was a Christmas present for my husband. Not only late, but fees????

My husband’s black cashmere watch cap/toque which had kept his hard- to-fit head and ears warm through over 25 Canadian winters had gone missing. I was sad because it had gone on great adventures with him but happy that -voila- a Christmas gift for the man who has everything. I appreciated being kept up to date on the cross-border delivery and that when he opened it up and tried it on on Christmas morning it fit perfectly and he was thrilled. Thank you John Hendrix.
