I had a problem with a polo shirt that arrived damaged, however it was dealt with quickly and fairly without wasting a lot of energy, Unlike my shoe order from Meermin out of Hong Kong, which cost me a lot of money, time and aggravation; no customer service what so ever. Thank you John Henric!
