As wrote on my product review the service was seamless. I found the hairdryer I needed with a big discount in this website, it qualified for free shipping (regular) and shipping was fast and efficient. I made the purchase on a Monday and the box arrived on a Friday morning ( I live far away on the mountains, so this was fast!). The product was sealed and completely new. I would purchase from this seller again, hands down!
