I was searching for a specific tool and every website that had this specific receiver rod was back ordered. I came across Joe Bob who had this tool, and decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I received as I called to make a post purchase adjustment to my order. The tool also came a day early, which helped. I will use Joe Bob again in the future.

Refused to refund fedex 2 day shipping fee after the item took 4 days to be delivered. Joebob policy is 2-4 days, fedex policy is exactly 2 days or receive a full refund, asked joebob to request the refund from fedex and got no response. Asked for a return label and my account was deactivated. Trash customer service. I filed a charge back with my bank and submitted all email screenshots as proof.
