I didn’t like the way that they fit so tight they weren’t really stretchy enough. I like the thickness of them but they were very hard to get on and they seem to slip down. Something happened to your socks. They used to be a better quality now. They seem to be cheap.

These socks are functional from a compression standpoint, while being both comfortable and non-irritating for sensitive skin.

Good fit, not too tight around ankles.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience. The shipping was significantly delayed. When I contacted customer service to check the status of my order, I was informed that it had not even been shipped yet. After a long delay, the item was eventually sent. Upon arrival, I discovered that the product had already been used. This is a medical item that I urgently needed prior to a scheduled procedure. My doctor had instructed me to use it one month before surgery, and the timing of my procedure depended on it. Due to the delay and the unacceptable condition of the item, I was unable to use it and had to return it and purchase the same product elsewhere. After returning the item, I still have not received my refund. When I followed up, I was told that I would be responsible for the return shipping cost, which is unreasonable given that the issue was not my fault. Additionally, I received inconsistent information from different representatives one stated that a return would not be necessary and that I would receive a refund, while another insisted on a return label and sending the item back. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially given the medical urgency. I expect a full refund, including all shipping costs, as soon as possible.

I measured carefully but they still don’t fit perfectly. They slide down after wearing a while. Not sure if I need a longer size or a wider calf size. Otherwise they are ok.

I am highly satisfied with the speed and delivery of my products. I would recommend this site and company for all of their products

Jobst compression socks are so tight on my foot that after wearing for five or six hours. I have to switch to Mediven or Comrad brand of compression stockings for the afternoon.

Will purchase again.

The new very stretchy version of the 15-20 mg does not compare to the traditional fit of a few years ago. Would rather have the old product.
