The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The shipping is always speedy and efficient. The packaging is beautiful, but minimal, which I love for sustainability purposes. My favorite products are the oil and the cream. I was not thrilled with the essence and I think my mister is defective, which makes it difficult to evenly distribute product. Otherwise, I plan to repurchase the other 2 products and highly recommend this company.
