Amazing piece, looks fantastic, the moon stones are such great stones. I ordered two and mine has a blue glow and my wife’s has a pink/blue glow to the stone. Only one complaint. Since I am a man and wanted to put this on my thicker silver necklace and it wouldn’t fit. You really should make the connector a bit bigger to work with more necklaces. Had to go to a goldsmith and get them to add a couple clasps so I could use it. It would be 5 stars for sure if it wasn’t for that. Great job :)

I bought 2 rings for my twin daughters golden birthday. I should have returned them but then I would not have a gift on their birthday . I was disappointed in the small size of the baguette sapphire stone in each ring . I paid almost $500 for two rings . And am not convinced the stones are genuine. I do not plan to ever purchase from this company ever again.

I ordered the Forget Me Not necklace with September stone in memory of my baby brother who recently passed away. I received it today and it immediately brought tears to my eyes.......it is sooo beautiful......thank you so much....I will definately shop here again.

The photo image they have on the website for the Protection Hamsa Ring doesn't reflect what you actually get. The image of the website looks like a nice thick ring. The one you get is really thin. I'm really disappointed and would never pay $150 for something this thin.

My wedding has not arrived 3 weeks after order the company are unable to tell me when the ring will arrive apparently it is lost in transit🤔

I received a ring for Valentine’s Day from my hubby, always wanted an Opal…beautiful ring!! I love it…. Wearing it only for special occasions, never to bed and take it off when I was my hands after wearing it for 8days, not consecutive, I lost the Opal, sent it back they fixed it no problems, was told this never happens, I got the fixed ring back, wore it for 4 days, again not consecutive, only special occasions, never to bed and took it off while washing hands…yes 4 days I lost the Opal!! Emailed, called and sent papers returning the ring saying I wanted a full refund so I can get a ring I can wear and two weeks after I sent the ring back with their papers for me to fill out plus a letter stating refund I get the ring back!!! Really?? So am I suppose to keep the ring in the box because if I wear it the stone is going to fall out, or will they be decent after more calls emails and letter La that they will refund me and I’ll send the ring back..guess we will see

My boyfriend got me a promise ring from jewlr and I absolutely love it! A few short months later I got him a promise ring from jewlr as well and last night his hand got crushed by a 150 pound grill and it HELD up and DIDNT break! I’m so impressed with this brand and how sturdy it is. I was questioning the decision to find the right one and I found the PERFECT one for my needs and what I wanted. Highly recommend!

I picked this ring because of the larger stones and the symmetry and daintiness of the design. It’s perfect when you only have 2 kids and not a lot of stones needed for a mother’s ring! It’s beautiful and perfect!

I order a ring which was the wrong size when it arrived. I contacted the supplier regarding my options to have it exchanged. I followed their instructions and returned the item. After that, i received no further response from the supplier. I sent multiple emails following up with no response. I would definitely not recommend using this supplier.

I knew I wanted to get something custom made for her birthday and while looking for inspiration online I came across Jewlr’s website, I’m so glad I did. The pendant I selected features the 4 birthstones of our family on a beautiful tree of life. The resulting gift exceeded my expectations, delivery was quick and I must say I’m very much looking forward to presenting this gift to her. Customer support is outstanding and I will certainly be shopping here again.

The options were a-plenty, the prices fair, and great, fast, delivery options... Sad part is after-service is not so accommodating. They may have acknowledged their error, but their being adamant on a return policy, as opposed to a partial (difference) refund to satisfy everyone is a bit of a downer. That is to say, as opposed to us going through having to ship and wait for the returned item and a full refund from the company, we are stuck in a back-and-forth by email, waiting for something so simple which could have taken minutes, maybe an acceptable business day for completion. It has been a couple of weeks now and no response for a couple of days from my most recent rebuttal. Without further ado, I hope these folks not only send you what you order but that you, yourself, do not need to go through the same thing. Granted, if your spouse is not happy with the product, send in for the return, by all means. But in this situation, I feel like Jewlr service could be a little more flexible when it comes to making up for their error, and we can avoid having to review in a negative light.

The items here are extremely small to the point of being comical. It’s too expensive to be this small.

I bought an engraved ring with my daughter's birthstones. The engraving wasn't very deep & after a couple of years I can't read their names & quote that I had engraved into it.

My first 5 purchases were absolutely great… it’s been 4 years and only my one necklace broke so I sent that one in to get fixed but still haven’t received it back yet. But my 6th purchase which is a name necklace… my husband ordered me it at the end of February it came March 2nd for my birthday.. the necklace was made entirely too short, which I’m not sure if it was my husband’s fault or not but it’s fine I ended up paying extra for a longer chain just got it back finally a month and a half later so excited to wear it and the chain wasn’t even longer it is the same exact size so I paid for shipping and for it to be longer and got it sent back with nothing fixed and now I still can’t even wear it. Going back and forth with custom service which isn’t easy because they don’t understand really which sucks. After this experience I don’t think I will ever order again since it’s taking months to be able to wear my necklace :( hopefully I get a good outcome and my mind can be changed but the way it’s going I doubt it. If you order double check make sure everything is correct or you’ll be waiting months to be able to wear your purchase.

This is for children or just junk jewelry. If you say these are real then it's real junk. You can't see the ring or necklace without a magnifying glass. Can't read the engraving so sorry I wasted my time and money I'll definitely be returning them. Stones aren't cut the same paid extra for genuine diamonds on the side of the ring and there just bumps are diamonds even set there??? I paid extra for engraving but can’t even see it it’s small but also barly engraved into the metal. I'm just very unimpressed with all of it. I’ll spend more elsewhere for quality items. I recored myself writing this review and I’ll post on BBB and sitejabber & Facebook and record any phone calls (this place is shady) till my money is returned. You will be sorry you used this site…

I definitely recommend this company, the service is faster than expected, and my ring is bigger than I thought and so beautifully crafted. I’m more than satisfied, it definitely worth the price. I’ll buy again for sure!
