If I could give a negative rating, I would. My family gave me a beautiful white gold family ring for Christmas. After wearing it for two weeks, the luster faded. After contacting Jewlr the ring was sent back to them and they repolished it and sent it back. I started wearing it again last week and it's luster is going again. The only thing they will do is repolish it again. They will not refund the $800 spent for this awful product so I'm going to let people know please reconsider buying from Jewlr. You can get a better product from a 25 cent trinket machine.

Very disappointed in this company. I ordered a ring and it was delivered correctly however I got the wrong size. When I had it resized I received the ring and it was missing a stone. Today within 15 minutes 2 other stones have fallen out. A friend recommended this company and I regret my purchase. Also when calling customer service they don't answer and won't call back.

I never order jewelry from anywhere but here. And this Christmas wasn’t any different I ordered a ring, earrings, and a child bracelet and everything showed up on time and perfectly made and beautiful.

The ordering process and delivery of the item was fantastic. I am extremely disappointed with the item itself. It was tiny and the chain is as thin as a thread and is dull looking.

I purchased two wedding bands and after day one of wearing the bands were scratched. I contacted the company and they took forever to respond claiming they had the wrong contact info. When asked for a refund or store credit, they told me to send the rings back and they would clean and polish the rings at a charge. I had to pay the charge, the post office to send them back and the company to send them back to me. Worst customer service ever!

The Gypsy setting is exactly what I was looking for. It is small, which I liked. The reason for 4 stars is that the alexandrite stone is way too light - looks more like a fake diamond than pinkish, even in the light. Also the engraving is off center to the ring. Not a huge deal just quality control issue. In general satisfied

I would give the pendant itself a 5 stars...it is nicer and more substantial than I expected. It is however still dainty. The reason I am giving it overall 4 stars is because you can't take the pendant off the included chain...so I had to take it to a professional jeweler to cut it off and then add a new "jump link" which can then be strung on my current chain I want to wear it on. That cost an extra $100. So unless you want to wear this on the flimsy chain they give you, be sure to factor in added time and cost.
