I have had nothing but the WORST customer service experience in the longest time. My family members made a purchase of jewelry trying to use two different promotions run by Jewels by Sunaina. Now that the transactions are done, they will not honor the promotions that we tried to use in the prior transactions. Now they want us to make ANOTHER purchase and now they are telling us the promo will be honored on the NEXT purchase. Why were they not honored with the initial purchase even though we jumped through all the hoops correctly? I proved to their customer service group that their promos now work, but did not work when we initially tried to use the promo codes. I asked them to simply honor the promos without forcing us to make ANOTHER since I do not have anything to purchase at the moment. They said it was my fault and essentially blaming me for their code issues not working. I just want the promos honored by sending me the free items that were part of a "buy one get one free" promo in the first transaction. Why am I being penalized for their mistakes? They have an opportunity to do the right thing, but it is nothing but excuses.

I am so disappointed that I paid for rush shipping, there was a delay in processing and delivery, and the order arrived after I left the country. I ordered the necklace as a gift for my sister in law in Colombia and sadly had to arrive to visit her empty handed.
