Customer service was very responsive but the actual production time to receive jewelery should be reflected higher in the detail page of the ring so we could've ordered sooner and received it in time for the date needed. We had to reschedule our small ceremony because we were waiting for the ring to arrive. Other than that, I would definitely order from this site again.
