I love the weights. And the yellow poles. I have a set of blue poles, too. I put the lights on the yellow poles, but haven't used them yet. I have bad back and the poles allow me to walk for fitness. Not saying it's easy, but I can do it. I do a mile. I keep the poles in the backseat of my car, so I don't have to carry them up and down the stairs. I like that they are a set height, too. I have a pair of adjustable height poles, but one would never say tight. It was irritating. I love the Jetti poles.
