Your ice creams are phenomenal and the ones I choose are very clean but I wish when it is delivered there is more dry ice because my last 2 shipments my ice cream was very soft & the dry ice was gone

Even though the caramel sauce was wrapped in bubble wrap, it was still busted and leaked out so all the boxes were in one box together, so they got sauce on them. I would order Ginny’s again and again just not the sauce at that price when it comes busted.
