JeeSauce is phenomenal. They are dedicated to not only delish offerings but customer happiness as well. That being said I worked at Nordstrom for a decade so when i say service is customer focused it IS!! I had a minor issue (not their. fault but postal service error) they made it right fast and without question. i was already a happy subscriber but i am a customer for life after the quick reply and courtesy.

I had an issue with my order, emailed the team, they responded within a couple hours with a response as well as a new shipment confirmation with the corrected order. I was so happy with how quickly it was handled and luckily their shipments always arrive quickly so I was eating my dips very soon!

Even flavors that I was hesitant about like Indian Curry were great. Some of the hotter flavors were too much for me but my guy friends loved them.

I am very bummed about the removal of my favorite flavor of Thai. We have tried several and habanero and Thai were our favorite. Least favorite is olive.

Bad customer service. Subscription page was down after cancelling subscription. They sent a new batch, said they would refund. Never did. Pretty upsetting

The shipping time is very quick. And it’s really a great flavor and the consistency was the best of anything else out there!
