I meant to purchase a 600 yd spool of JB line 1 depth hunter hollow core in 80 lb & 2 spools in 65 lb. What I accidentally ordered was 80 lb in h. c. & the 2 spools of 65 lb that I ordered were solid core. I had the 3 reels spooled & brought them home to splice a loop into each. When I realized my mistake I called the company (phn # right on the spools (great idea) & left a frustrated msg explaining how I was sold the wrong items & how will they rectify this (because it was their fault not mine) - within 15 minutes I received a call back from a Marylin who pointed out that I received what I ordered but she wanted a happy customer so would give me a full refund & replace them with what I wanted. I had already spooled & cut both spools so decided to just put some toro tamer hc (doubled) over the j. b. solid core & use it. This Marylin was very personable & nice about the whole thing. Despite my mistake she was really gracious about it all. They will be getting my business in the future & if that lady isn't married I'm going to ask her out because you know how sometimes you can just tell a lady is gorgeous even over the phone? Yeah, like that. 😁

My line was here in two days from ordering, and I live in Molokai, HI! It’s like ordering from the good old days when companies actually cared. Hugh and far between these days.

I put JB Line One on all of my reels. You get what you pay for with Jerry Brown products - "top of the line," so to speak. Not only is their braid top tier, but their customer service is superb. Marilyn is a professional - excellent communicator, quick to reply, and a pleasure to do business with!

JB Line One in the only fishing line on the market that meets or exceeds its stated strength. I do a lot of big game fishing and test a lot of line, and this in the only line that I will use. Avoid all of the frustration with losing that big fish by standardizing on JB Line One - it is well worth the money!

I'll never use another brand. I use both hollow and non-hollow and have tried all other top braided line brands. JB always outperforms.

Aways super professional & helpful on the phone, but wish they would offer some type of incentive or loyalty program for returning customers who are loyal to the brand.

I made the switch to JB Hollow Core because my brand new spool of Momoi Diamond braid snapped like sewing thread as I was loading my Tiagra 30W. I am impressed with the quality of the line so far. I was easily able to splice the JB on my solid spectra backing line ( Suffix 832) and smoothly load over 500 yards with ease. I am confident this line will serve me well for years. Next time I need a spool of braid, I'm putting JB at the top of my list.
