this pillow isnt low or firm for me. wish i could return it. and get the same as the pillow i got from jaspa herington years ago. i though this was the same and i matched it up as best i could. my original pillow only says polyester so it was impossible to match buying online. now i have a pillow i cant use.

Shipping was actually a bit hit and miss. Tracking and delivery were all over the shop. Said it was out for delivery on Friday and showed up 4 days later.
