I love the selection of my package and it’s everytime good, I think more people need to order from Japan Crate

So far I’ve had two crates. I’ve been very impressed that there’s so many things I like. Many items have been out there but I ate it these snacks with an open mind.

Would give 5 stars but my original order never left Japan and was "returned to sender". They resent my order but it added 2-3 weeks to the delivery time. The box/crate itself was good with a variety of treats. (Although some were bite sized to say the least : very small)

Everything was excellent

This is an exciting gift. The Katana pen is pretty sharp, but the snack crate had the whole house buzzing around to see what he got. Opening it was a fun event. We expected the mochi to be gummy, but it disintegrated into dust upon touching it. We wondered about freshness. No matter though. . . . . 1/16? 15/16 were awesome and a lot of fun.

Shipping was seemless to Canada (prior to Canada Post strike) . Our next box is coming soon and Canada Post is still on strike so we shall see, but I suspect shipping will continue to be seemless as Japan Crate will figure it out!

The boxes are very exciting to open and experience. Customer service was very kind and helpful too.
