I bought this product on the advice of a friend. I havent been taking it long but the first thing i noticed, is that it tastes great, especially compared to the liquid collagen i had purchased elsewhere. I cant comment on the results as i havent been using it long enough but my friend swears that it has improved her hair, skin, and nails. I also purchased the tumeric gummies and they taste amazing. Im hoping they help my knees, and joints. The customer service is top notch
