I am 75 and in good health. I wanted a multivitamin that reflected my age and as I trust Jamieson and their vitamins their Platininum Multi 100% Adults 65+ was my choice. I have just received the results of my blood test taken as part of my annual medical and each category was within the ‘normal’ range. I am not an expert however, while I cannot say this that this result is because of this multivitamin, it certainly seems to work for me.
