Wonderful!

I grew up 'down the bayou' here but often don't find I have the time to make a gumbo from scratch. This mix is such a great thing for our family, and I love that I can make it with my high-school age daughter!

I don’t usually write reviews. I just don’t. But this rice right here!!! The absolute best I’ve ever had! 5 🌟. I used to make a seafood Paella, with clams, shrimp, Mussels, crab. I cooked the rice separately and then added it in to the seafood medley. SET IT OFF! Rice already comes seasoned and it added well to the flavor of the Paella. Everyone raved about it…said it was the best they’ve ever had. No BS. Try it (and their Jambalaya mix…you can add ANYTHING to it, pork, chicken, etc). You will NOT be disappointed.

Best mix on the market. Consistent easy results. I have 2- 5 gallon cast iron pots and I make double batches for when I'm cooking for a crowd. Cooking at home I still make a 4 gallon batch because all of my friends and co-workers love my Jambalaya and that way I have extra to give out. Freezes great using a vacuum sealer. Shipping is fast and easy and usually free due to the large orders I place. Can't go wrong with this product
