Non refund policy is a horrible way to do business. Reached out to cancel order so I could order something different (more expensive even). Was denied but Elton’s I could swap the order Ann’s asked to make a few selections for customization. I replied to the email more than once and never heard back. Meanwhile my card was still charged yet I received nothing for a few months. Then I receive random email notices saying my package was delivered and a survey about my experience. Wonderful! Except I no longer live there. Now I’m trying to recover the package and I don’t even know if my order was upgraded in the first place.

All in all the experience was perfect and I have nothing but positive feedback to leave!!! It definitely takes a while to get your piece delivered, but it is just because every single pendant is personally handmade by the artist so I don't really mind waiting a little longer for the quality of the outcome!

Jack has been amazing in helping me with my pendant. I haven't never felt then experience with energy as I have felt with this pendant. It brings light to your soul that is unexplainable. thank you SO much for your talents and bringing GOOD light and energy back to the people. God bless 🙌 🙏
