I had an issue with a product I had purchased at a warehouse club. I sent an email with pictures to Jack Links and they responded back within 1 day. They apologized and gave me a gift card to buy from their site, with free shipping. The amount given was way more than I spent at the store. I appreciate companies that take their products serious and respond quickly to a customer concern. I will keep buying Jack Link's products!

GREAT Customer Service!!

Shipping service etc great but the website is a bit clunky and not intuitive to navigate. The 16 oz jalapeno is no longer available which is a huge disappointment for me. I guess the marketing folks are not jalapeno fans.
