Buying and returning items was great. As far as customer service, its lacking. I emailed their support and still haven't heard from them. The exchange process isn't great either. They only let you exchange for the exact same item and not a different type of item.

Decent time for deliver! Nice design and very well made, but I would only pay no more than $70. The material is cheap (polyester) and that makes the jacket's lifespan very short due to its low quality.

I have the Jach's Girlfriend sherpa pullover and liked it so much I went back and bought 3 more for myself and 2 to give as gifts. The recipients love them so I figured I would give the men's version as a gift as well - the recipient put it on as soon as he opened it and he loves it! I tried to upsize to the extra large size which was like a tent on me. I reverted back to the size large which is a little snug when buttoned. Service was awesome. Easy to return and the replacement went out as soon as I dropped the package at the post office. I love Jachs. Could not be happier.
