The customer support was outstanding. Very responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. I was also impressed by the efficiency, communication, and overall level of service. I was initially very apprehensive about ordering IVF medications internationally, but my experience with IVF Pharmacy ended up being extremely positive from beginning to end. I called over the weekend with several questions regarding my prescriptions, and they were extremely helpful and patient. They answered all my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. I received my order within 1 week to the US, even though their website states delivery can take up to 2 weeks. I understand why they provide that estimate due to customs and shipping variables, but in my case the process was much faster than expected. Communication after placing the order was also good. I was able to track my package online throughout the shipping process, which helped ease my concerns. One thing to note for first-time buyers: some of the medication packaging and boxes are not entirely in English. I recommend doing some research beforehand regarding the manufacturers they use for specific medications. Since I’ve gone through IVF cycles before, I already knew what the medications and packaging generally looked like, so I personally was not too concerned. The price difference compared to the US is honestly shocking. I was quoted close to $13k for one IVF medication cycle in the US (even with insurance coverage), but ended up paying around $3k total including tariffs and taxes through IVF Pharmacy. I genuinely wish I had found this option earlier in my IVF journey. !

Exceeded all of my expectations. The team was very helpful and made the process very easy. Shipping was much anhieter than expected (ordered in May 2026) and everything was packaged wonderfully.

I have been ordering an estrogen product I used to buy in Thailand when I lived there for many years, and could not find in the USA. I found it on IVY Pharmacy and the price is super reasonable. It's gone up since I started ordering but they held the price for well over 5 yrs maybe more and everything has gone up in the world!! My dr writes a script for 1 year and I can get 3 units at a time, so ordering is easy and not having to submit every month. Customer service is prompt to answer questions and help w/ whatever you need. Love this co!! I have been ordering from IVF Pharmacy, could be 13 yrs now.
