My go to espresso, this blend is a rich slightly bitter. Good for cappuccino in morning, and straight espresso throughout the day.

Always right and often with a helpful discount that gets me the best price.

Delivery is slow. I need to remember to order it at least a week before I will need it.

I asked if they could send me an invoice before making the purchase, and they confirmed that they could. However, afterward, they only wanted to send me an email with the purchase and payment confirmation. Very poor service and lack of professionalism.

I placed a bulk order and waited three weeks for my coffee to be shipped. During that time, I emailed customer service more than ten times before someone finally resolved the issue for me. It turned out that one of the two types of coffee I ordered was out of stock, but I was never notified about this. This has been the worst experience I've ever had while shopping online. I can no longer trust them to fulfill my orders, so I canceled all my subscriptions. I will never order from this company again, even if they have great deals.
