My cleaner arrived without the battery pack or cleaning samples. However, this was quickly resolved after getting in touch with iSonic customer service. I really appreciate their speedy assistance and my model is working great so far!

As soon as I received my new ultrasonic cleaner, I tried it on both my current tray-style retainer and my old backup retainer, which (despite my previous attempts to clean it with toothbrushes, retainer-cleaner foam, etc. ) was dark yellow with a few terrifying black spots. After a single run in the cleaner with a cleaning tablet, my old retainer was so transparent and unstained that I could barely tell it apart from the new one. I never thought my old retainer could ever look clear again--I’m pretty amazed!

First time using, I used for stud earrings and hoops. I hung the hoops on the rack and those cleaned in one cycle. I initially used the basket for the studs, but they didn't clean after 2 cycles, so I removed it and had them just on the bottom and that took only one more cycle to do the job. Very nice for at-home cleaning for small nooks that a q-tip can't reach cleaning by hand. Also shipped quickly and cheaper than buying via amazon
